Jessica Schmitz has worked in the insurance claims industry since 2008 and she holds an Independent Insurance Adjusters License from the State of Minnesota. As the office manager she coordinates all of our office responsibilities. Jessica specializes in auto estimating as well as handles all of the personal property inventories and underwriting inspection reports.

Ricky holds a State of Minnesota Adjusters License, he completed his internship with Land of Lakes Claim Service and was hired on as an adjuster. Ricky excels in auto appraisals as well as property loss handling. Ricky is skilled on the CCC One and Xactimate estimating software programs.
